Data & Polling Scientist | Political Data Firm | Washington, D.C. or Remote*

• Develop models to predict public opinion, political behaviors.
• Refine target universes for strategic voter outreach.
• Design and analyze politically-informed surveys and experiments.
• Conduct quantitative analysis on electoral and media usage data.
• Create data visualizations for client and team communication.
• Enhance analytics products tailored to campaign needs.
• Advise clients using data-driven campaign strategies.
• Requirements:
  • Proficient in R, SQL, and Python for data analysis
  • Familiar with dashboard tools for data presentation
  • Understanding of LLMs; able to apply in political data context
  • Strong interest in political data and conservative strategies
  • Independent problem-solving and efficient task management
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to follow precise instructions
  • Knowledge of the Republican ecosystem is highly preferred
• Salary: 60-100k+ based on experience + benefits
