Marketing Manager

Red Spark Strategy is looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute digital marketing strategies. This position will work directly with our Senior Marketing Team to service clients’ requests and needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising and/or digital marketing campaigns for Red Spark Strategy clients

• Draft copy for fundraising efforts, including email, text, videos, websites and more across multiple clients

• Stage, test, and send marketing emails and texts on behalf of clients

• Attend fundraising-related meetings and contribute ideas

• Maintain content copywriting calendars and upcoming schedules

• Research candidates, campaigns, and PACS and establish tone and voice for surrogates

• Prepare and present client-facing reports

• Provide in depth insights on clients and team processes

• Work across fundraising and reporting to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on campaigns and results

• Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of Capitol Hill, campaign, or corporate experience

• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients’ priorities

• Organized, flexible and results driven

• Collaborative with multiple teams to achieve necessary results
