Job description

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you a recovering GOP operative with experience working on or managing political campaigns? Are you hungry, entrepreneurial, and ambitious? Do you have a strong network of elected officials and/or candidates? If so, we have an incredible opportunity in one of the country's top GOP consulting and campaign service firms. This is a full-time role for a New Business Development Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is available immediately and will go beyond your normal political cycle-to-cycle carousel. The New Business Development Manager will also be responsible for prospecting new clients, qualifying sales opportunities, sales presentations and product demos, building sales pipelines, identifying new business opportunities, and forecasting sales.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of campaigns and the services they utilize

• Experience in the campaign or government industry is encouraged

• Proven experience in sales and account management

• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

• Salesforce, Nimble, or other CRM experience is preferred

• Successful history in a quota-driven sales environment

• Ability to be a self-starter and willing to take initiative

• Must be personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Passion for politics and helping conservative, moderate, corporate, or liberty-minded causes and organizations

The Base Salary is $55K per year, plus a generous commission structure. We are hoping to find someone based in or around Washington, D.C., but all qualified/interested can apply. However, if you are not looking to make six figures or more, you should not apply because this job is not for you. 100% remote-based work Travel as required
