Project Manager

THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY HYBRID AT OUR JACKSONVILLE OFFICE. REMOTE WILL BE CONSIDER FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

Responsibilities (in priority order): Work closely with internal teams, including strategists and creative, to deliver the client's message across print, mobile, digital, and web platforms. Implement the print, mobile, digital or web plan created by the National/State strategist Organize client messaging/talking points/photography to ensure creative team is able to write/design projects. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion through writing, design, production, and delivery stages. Ensure client edits are applied appropriately and correctly. Communicate well with coworkers and clients to ensure tight deadlines are always met. Multitask to quickly and seamlessly jump from one project to the next. Assist in researching internal projects, including FEC reports, election result tracking, etc.

Professional Experience: Two to three years political, brand or advocacy campaign experience. Four-year degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with print, digital, mobile, and web campaigns preferred.
