Responsibilities:
Scheduling Support for Senior Partners
- Coordinate daily schedules for partners, including but not limited to client calls, in-person meetings, travel, and other calendar requirements as needed.
- Monitor partner schedules to track any time-sensitive changes throughout the day.
- Assist in setting up client calls and meetings, including sending meeting invites, ensuring proper setup of Zoom or Teams links, and monitoring attendee responses.
- Coordinate with clients on availability and request Hill meetings.
- Work with clients to provide schedules and itineraries as necessary, and organize and compile “deliverable material,” such as “Fly-Ins.”
- General administrative work and support, which may include assisting multiple partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative work, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proven experience working on the Hill (preferred, not required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products is preferred.
