Hello, my name is Aidan Stiles, but most people call me AJ. I am a highly qualified professional with a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Teaching and Preaching; I am in the process of completing a Ph. D. in Public Policy (halfway through) and hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Currently, I am serving as the Director of Operations at New Life Church (NLC) in Arkansas, a church that ranks among the top 40 in America in terms of size. In this role, I oversee our operational departments, from the administrative team to maintenance, facilities, hospitality, weekend service planning, conference planning, social media team, and some of our pastoral staff. Through my studies and work experience, I have gained the skills to research information to complete projects, write detailed messages, and support others in their activities. I speak in some of our life groups and smaller ministries around the church and its other locations and extend my help to other churches in creating content or providing a fresh perspective for feedback. I also play a key role in developing and implementing new policies to protect staff and manage any situations that may arise at our church concerning staff or events. This is partially why I started working on my PhD in Public Policy, so I may better support non-profits and leaders with risk management and policy creation. I support our church in implementing HR policies, security updates, making financial decisions, and grant support. I meet regularly with these departments, helping to provide insight and supporting our organization in pursuing better employee opportunities. I would love to support an organization like yours in developing sound programs and opportunities for Americans to grow their businesses and families.
