As a seasoned political strategist with extensive experience on Capitol Hill and in managing successful Congressional campaigns, I am excited to return to Washington, D.C., and contribute to Republican efforts across the country to help elect principled leaders. With a proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns and navigating the complexities of Capitol Hill, I am confident that I can bring valuable insights and leadership to your team. In my role as Campaign Manager for Congressman Mike Flood in Nebraska, I took the bold step of relocating to Lincoln to run the campaign on the ground. This experience proved both challenging and rewarding as I engaged with voters across the district, coordinated with national and local partners, and formed lasting relationships with other campaigns. I led all aspects of the operation, from messaging and fundraising to grassroots outreach and event planning. I developed targeted voter contact strategies, built detailed datasets to focus our efforts on key areas, and mobilized a strong base of volunteers. Congressman Flood won the Primary Election by over 60 points and the General Election by more than 20 points, both decisive victories that underscored the success of our approach. Before managing the campaign in Nebraska, I served as Special Assistant to Congressman Flood on Capitol Hill, where I provided support on a range of critical projects. In this role, I handled logistics, constituent requests, and drafted important documents, which gave me a deep understanding of the legislative process and the inner workings of Congress. This experience has made me highly adept at navigating complex political environments and working within both campaign and governmental structures to advance a candidate’s agenda.
