I grew up in a conservative, civic-minded family, and my parents were both Presidential Appointees under Reagan and Bush, so I learned from the best. Advancing conservative ideas and growing the party was a family affair, and I was privileged to start working on National campaigns at an early age. I carried this experience into my professional career and have more than 25 years of experience in association and non-profit management ranging from legislative affairs to membership recruitment and communications. I pride myself on being a proactive problem solver and project manager. I've learned that our members and constituents are at the heart of our mission, so I focus on member services and engagement for the organization's sustainability.
