Hello I am a current doctoral graduate student at University of the Pacific, where I am studying to get my Doctor of Education with a concentration in Educational and Organizational Leadership, the working title of my research is Moral Foundations Comparison of Educators in Public, Religious Private, and Non-Affiliated Private Elementary Schools. While I currently attend University of the Pacific graduate school, I am a member of the Graduate Student Association Leadership Team. I also received my M.A.Ed. from University of the Pacific in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness where I conducted consulting in Design Thinking and Organizational Development with clients as part of my course study. I received my B.A. degree in Psychology from Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas where I was also part of the baseball team. During my time at Tabor College, I was elected as our Senior Class Treasurer, and was also awarded the Natural, Mathematical, and Social Sciences Division Award. I am confident that my academic and professional experience will make me an ideal candidate for your Researcher position. Beyond my academic successes, I am currently working as a Student-Athlete Advisor at Sacramento State University. This experience as an Advisor is giving me hands-on experience working with balancing student academic and sports obligations, also working on developing professional skills for the students. I have worked as a professional counselor with Medifast for two years. During this experience I have managed more than 100 different clients and have designed behavior modification plans using the latest research techniques. Previously, I was the psychology department teacher assistant at Tabor college. There I was focused on teaching and tutoring students under direct guidance from professors to meet and exceed their teaching goals. I am confident that my academic and professional experience combined with my relational skills make me an excellent candidate for your Researcher position.
