Christopher Ganoe January 31, 2025 | Atlanta, GA | Phone: 443-223-3950 | Email: christopherganoe@gmail.com To whom it may concern, I have recently moved from Maryland to Georgia, with the political situation in Maryland since Wes Moore’s election in 2022 being a major factor. While my educational and professional background is largely in technology, it is not my passion. My passions have always rested in history and political science, I see the two going hand in hand. After the 2020 election loss I have been driven to be more involved and have been especially galvanized since the summer of 2024. My educational and professional background through most of my career has been in information technology focusing on software. This technical experience has created a familiarity with new and emerging technologies and built a core on mastering core applications vital to any business. In these roles have been done in an agile environment where regular development cycles promoted continual product improvement and engagement with customers and support teams. There is a gap in my work history. During this time I acted as a family caretaker for medical reasons. A dedication to family has long been a core value of mine, and taking care of someone close to me was unavoidable. This time was challenging, but not wasted. I continued to hone programming and other technical skills as well as explore new areas of emerging technologies along with a general pursuit of increasing knowledge. My resume does not capture the extensive set of personal skills I bring to the table and can offer your organization. As a detailed oriented person I meticulously plan and refine agendas ahead of time to limit conflicts and oversights. As a communicator I am keen on collaboration, conflict avoidance, and handling difficult situations with tact. And as a team player a priority has always been to inform superiors with what they need and helping every member of a team have a stake in accomplishments. Nor does my resume capture my full level of political involvement, i usually spend several hours a day browsing headlines from traditional and alternative new outlets, screening social medias, and communicating about the days politics. As a result I maintain a good feel on the pulse of national politics especially, but also global news and local politics. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Chris Ganoe
