Daniel Clarke

Specialization

I'm a data analyst grad from Purdue who spent the last year working for the GOP in Iowa and on deployment in Georgia! I love this country and want to use my skills to serve it by helping the GOP in any way I can!

Skills

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, SQL, R, R Studio, Python, SAS Enterprise Miner, Campaign Sidekick, Advantage Mobile, leadership, project management, campaigning, data analysis, data science

Anything else?

To whom it may concern, My name is Daniel and I am looking for a way to use my experience in data analytics and politics to help refine the GOP. From 1998 through 2016, conservatives won seven of ten elections, but have since lost three in a row. I believe a strong and thorough analysis of the party and its strategy is necessary if we want to return to our previous strength. Candidate selection is a specific area where I believe models and data analysis could make a massive impact, but I would love to work in any field. From my college courses and summer internships, I've developed experience using SQL and R for database creation and analysis. After graduating from Purdue, I chose to move to Iowa so I could work on the "front lines" of politics with Iowa Victory. Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks won her previous election by only 6 votes, and fighting to increase her margin from 6 votes in 2020 to 6% in 2022 was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. After being chosen for deployment to GA, I worked tirelessly with my colleagues from across the country to push Herschel Walker over the finish line in his run-off election. While we fell short on Dec. 6th, I walked away from the experience knowing that I wanted to devote my future to this cause. I would be thrilled by the opportunity to put my experiences to use for a campaign or firm that seeks to put American conservatism back on a winning path. I am available by email or phone to discuss opportunities and am willing to relocate anywhere! Thank you for your consideration, Daniel Clarke
