As an associate with Penta, I support 7 clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment while maintaining strict deadlines. I've sharpened my internal and external communication abilities while developing an acute attention to detail, a critical skill that I believe will be an asset to any organization or campaign. Additionally, I developed and monitored successful digital marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, resulting in a 13% increase in email open rates through custom, optimized content and subject lines. I hope to share my knowledge of agency-level digital marketing. Prior to this role, I successfully managed a judicial campaign in southwestern Ohio to a 28% margin of victory while managing a budget of $20,000. I coordinated campaign strategy, established a grassroots and digital effort, and contacted over 15,000 voters in the district. I am extremely proud of our teamโs victory. Prior to that experience, I interned on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman Warren Davidson (R). Congressman Davidson served on the House Financial Services Committee which allowed me an opportunity for hands-on experience in the field of public financial services. I conducted legislative research for the Congressman and was chosen to assist development of legislation to establish a regulatory framework for cryptocurrency and digital assets within the United States.
