My goal as a leader is to inspire my team to do great work and to strive to achieve ambitious goals. With a transformational leadership style, my focus has been driving culture, motivating others, and taking a vision and developing it into a reality.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance focus, 5+ years leading diverse teams, operations, and strategy in an operational setting, and extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, change management, program design, and organizational development. Viewed as a change agent and trusted advisor, I have a demonstrated history of designing impactful strategies that drive sustainable goals, superior results, culture transformation, and organizational excellence. In my previous roles, I have had the opportunity to direct teams as large as 5+ staff and budgets of $250K, with success in building, scaling, and coaching top-performing teams. I have had the opportunity to build organizations and departments from the ground up, secure significant results, and coach brand new teams to success. It has been extremely gratifying to spend my career in government and being part of an industry that improves lives.
