In my previous roles, I have had the opportunity to direct teams as large as 5+ staff and budgets of $250K, with success in building, scaling, and coaching top-performing teams. I have had the opportunity to build organizations and departments from the ground up, secure significant results, and coach brand new teams to success. It has been extremely gratifying to spend my career in government and being part of an industry that improves lives.
