Hi, I’m Dusty, and I’m an instructional designer. I have over a decade of experience in learning and development and a portfolio that includes a wide range of content. If you were miniaturized and jumped on my shoulder on a random day, you might find me interviewing subject matter experts, recording a podcast, building an e-learning, working on graphics, customizing GIFs, managing deliverable timelines, or communicating updates. One of my recent designs is a compliance course on fraud. I designed the content as a podcast series combined with vodcasts of true crime tales that directly impacted our team members.
