Dear GOP Friends, I was honored to work in the Administration of Pres. George H.W. Bush under our 1st Drug Czar Bill Bennett, after working my way up in the office of then-Ways & Means Subcommittee Chair Rep. E. Clay Shaw. I left Rep. Shaw's office upon the birth of my second son, who now is off to Auburn University. A year ago, I returned to work for a non-profit health policy organization in an administrative role but, as a committed conservative, I yearn for the opportunity to work directly on legislative/congressional issues to help put our nation back on the right track. As former British Prime Minister Liz Truss said in a speech at The Heritage Foundation yesterday, we must stand up to articulate our conservative values to push back against the woke agenda.
