As a strategic leader, I excel at building client relationships, team leadership, and have a deep understanding of commercial, retail & mixed-use facility & real estate management. My role(s) have led teams of functional specialists who have managed 100+ sites throughout the Americas, EMEA & APAC for our global professional services clients that include Tech, Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Oil & Gas & Healthcare. My team delivers high-touch customer experience in all service lines, with an emphasis on workplace operational management. My current scope of services includes project management, technical services in engineering, data centers, HVAC, general maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, shipping/receiving, and reception. Other FM services provided by sub-contractors are also included in my scope of services. I am a candidate who has: β€’ a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments; β€’ strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape and energy management; β€’ demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding; β€’ exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills; β€’ strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building; β€’ bachelor degrees in Property Economics & Business Management.
