I am confident that my expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and project execution make me a strong candidate for this role. To speak directly into this role, having ran for and successfully won local office, as well as helped several local and state candidates in the state of Texas, I have the knowledge, blueprint, and capability to help deliver a winning formula. Campaigning comes heavy and quick, with quick decision making, agile planning, and constant communication. Having lead campaigns, comprised of candidates, volunteers, and associated PACs and organizations, it takes the 4Ps (People, Process, Promotion, Performance) to drive the product (cause/candidate) to victory. My experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive training programs, and ensuring adherence to campaign goals positions me well to excel in this role. I am eager to bring my unique blend of skills and accomplishments to the team and contribute to the success of the request. I am ready to leverage my use of the recent canvasing apps + voter roll walk lists (for older generational volunteers) as part of the execution plan.
