I am a professional with expertise in project management, program implementation and product development. As the primary business development manager for American Gem Society Laboratories, I currently create new laboratory products and services, manage the special program portfolio, and maintain new business objectives. In this role, I developed 25 new special programs that contributed to $1.1 million dollars in revenue while monetizing existing laboratory services. I also successfully expanded our client account base, representing the laboratory in 6 countries through networking and outreach. I also implemented program standard operating procedures and staff training for all departments. I also have extensive experience working directly with C-suite and executive leadership to advance company goals and objectives. Goals were also reached by working cross-functionally across all departments to create a cohesive-teamwork environment and culture.
