Maintain records of media mentions and value. β€’ Develop and pitch the senior leaders as subject matter experts through various channels, including op-ed opportunities, in-person speaking appearances and strategic media interactions. β€’ Produce/write a range of print and digital materials including fact sheets, and talking points. β€’ Prepare and coach managers & agents for interviews, speaking engagements, video productions, panels and testimonials. β€’ Develop and implement a communications strategy to advance the company's brand & identity; broaden awareness of its programs and priorities; and increase the visibility across audiences. β€’ Oversee video production throughout the year, both for internal and external audiences, ensuring positive message and tone that resonates with the family focused culture. Use available resources to produce some in-house, and work with outside vendors on others. β€’ Oversee the day-to-day activities of the communications function including budgeting, planning, and staff development. β€’ Oversee and lead media and public speaking training for senior leadership, spokespersons and agents. β€’ Perform all other duties as required by the management and leadership β€’ Offer personalized on-camera guidance and coaching for all interested agents with the opportunity to record videos at scheduled times within their home offices in order to promote their business and successes. β€’ Participate in after-hours and weekend events as needed
