I have always been passionate about people, and my community. I am a people person. From working with young children and families as an educator, to holding a leadership position in a fraternity house of 50 men, I have always excelled at communicating with people from all walks of life. I want to be able to use my skills in a manner that reflects my values, which includes fostering change in society for the better. I think that the way to do that is through politics, and hence why I am here. I would like to note. I have two years of experience working for a democratic field operation in Illinois. I have always been interested in working in politics, and when the opportunity presented itself I decided to take it. However, over the years of working with the democratic party, I realized that my personal views did not align with that of the people I worked with, nor the party I represented.
