I am seeking a role in marketing project management. Currently, I serve as the Conference Manager at Ministry Brands. I manage over 50+ events each year. This includes registration, planning, pre-conference outreach (content, eblasts, social media, PPC, etc.), logistics, execution, and many other steps. Each event is treated as an independent project with tasks that link and build on each other to execute each event successfully. Additionally, I routinely collaborate with cross-functional team members to make each conference successful. Team members include marketing directors, campaign managers, creative, development, sales leaders, and exhibit staff. Furthermore, I work with external partners such as event coordinators, printers, event giveaways, and storage. Essentially, I have experience connecting with various players to bring a project to fruition.
