Anything else?

Julia Griswold Dailer has been involved in grassroots organizing since she was 15 years old. As a high school student, she started volunteering for former U.S. Representative Pete Olson’s first primary election and quickly caught the campaign bug. She went on to found her area’s first ever chapter of Young Republicans. Julia is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and after graduation made her way to Capitol Hill where she served as then House Rules Committee Chair Pete Sessions’ Executive Assistant and Scheduler. After a deployment to Arizona to lend her help to Martha McSally, she knew she wanted to transition full time into the political arena. This led her to the Republican National Committee during the pivotal 2016 cycle. Working directly under the National Political Director, she had a front seat view of the Presidential primary process that would come to define our current political climate. After an intense two months working on the Presidential Inaugural Committee, Julia joined the White House Office of Political Affairs in January of 2017 where she executed political events for POTUS and managed surrogate activity for Administration and Cabinet Officials. Once Julia left the White House in 2018, she founded J. Carlin Consulting LLC and served clients such as former House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney, America Rising Corp., and the 2020 Convention Site Selection Committee. This year will mark ten years of professional experience in Julia’s career, having just finished managing the outside groups dedicated to Rep. Liz Cheney’s reelection efforts as well as supporting her important work to educate the public about threats to our democracy. She is based in Washington, D.C. but prefers to be traveling - whether to visit her husband working in Iowa, getting back to her Texas roots, serving client needs across the country, or exploring different countries and cultures.
