Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the summer internship position at the RNC in 2025. My family’s origins are from the Republic of Ireland. I have a BA in politics and international relations and have studied a M.Sc. in politics, philosophy, and economics from one of the University of London’s constituent colleges. I also completed a foundation in diplomacy studies at the University of Oxford, where my final project received distinction. I am multilingual with foreign languages such as basic Russian, basic Gaeilge, and intermediate French. I also have previous experience working in sales, administration work, volunteering with children and local community leaders, campaigning, and working in challenging environments with high-profile individuals such as Members of the Houses of Parliament during the Premiership of David Cameron from 2015-2010. This is where I was first introduced to political campaigns and networking with heads of state and government. I have also contributed to All Abilities Ireland (AAI) as a performing arts volunteer during the COVID-19 lockdown from 2019-2020, where I worked with children and adults with special needs during this time and brought fun and theatre into their lives during a time of psychological distress and isolation.
