In my current position within the Foam Holdings as the Production Manager I am directly in charge of establishing forecasted production schedules while ensuring safety and efficiency of our 200+ employees is met. With policies I put in place my current plant is the highest grossing plant in revenue out of our other thirteen throughout the United States. I was directly involved in establishing a new production schedule that ran operations for twenty-four hours a day while reducing cost for the company. Was responsible for creating an all-new safety program/policy for employees, fostering an atmosphere of safety first in the workplace. In addition, possess the ability to compile complex reports and documentation and present it in a straightforward, efficient presentation to customers and our shareholders.
