I recently retired early as the superintendent for the School District of Waupaca, WI. As my faith journey continues to grow and unfold, I believe I am being called to a career that aligns more closely with my Catholic values and faith. I have 27 years of successful leadership, HR, sales, administrative, and development experience, (10 as a principal and 17 as a superintendent). I see my skills and talents as being able to transfer to a variety of industry's and make my candidacy one to provide added value to the overall leadership and success of your organization. The skills that I bring to a role are that of a strategic planner, relationship builder, as well as a problem solver with an emphasis on measurable results. I have the ability to lead, utilize employee expertise, and build trust and consensus around issues. I have experience managing projects and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
