1) Organization: Perhaps my top strength is my organization (I was indeed voted most organized in my high school yearbook!). In a work environment, this means keeping track of paper and electronic files, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, meeting deadlines for assignments, being able to easily find previously used information. My ability to organize doesn't just help me to do my job, but it creates systems that elevate the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of those around me. 2) Analytical Thinking: Another top skill of mine is analytical thinking. In practice, this means that I often think multiple steps ahead. Rather than just putting a band-aid on a problem, I am always thinking: how can I move this issue forward and completely resolve it once and for all. 3) Interpersonal Relationships: Often overlooked is simply connecting with people. I show up early, I stay late, I take an interest in the well-being of the people around me. This includes those who I work with and befriend everyday, as well as members of the general public who I cross paths with as part of the job. A smile, high energy, and a sincerity to help someone is easily detectable, and I bring to the work environment.
