-Building and growing communities from scratch. Hosting & promoting events, creating and updating websites, recruiting volunteers. Managing membership of multiple organizations. -Advocate for political stances, write bills, wrangle & educate politicians, write press releases, and do interviews with the media. -Hire, motivate and discipline staff. Foster a positive team atmosphere and provide training. Oversee as many as 12 separate departments. -Handling online reputation including providing customer service & resolving complaints through online and in person mediums.
