Over the past 20 years, I have developed a strong background in managing teams and organizing community-based initiatives. My experience includes working for President Trump as Paid Staffer Number 90 on his 2016 Campaign, working for Mitt Romney for President in his Boston Campaign where I directed staff under me for our GOTV programs in Nevada, and my work over the years running/working in other field programs successfully. I am confident that my skills and experience in program management, combined with my passion for running great organizations and causes make me an ideal candidate for this role. In Texas I have improved my Spanish working for Marc LaHood (with Gov. Abbott we just defeated a RINO at the state level), working for Kyle Sinclair for Congress in 2022 and now trying to help late-starter first time candidate Commander Jay Furman. I am an expert at motivating teams and working relentlessly in these areas: 1) Staff and Volunteer Coordination: Successfully recruiting, training, and managing large teams of staff and volunteers for various campaigns and community programs. I excel in creating structured schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining high levels of motivation and engagement among team members. 2) Voter Registration Programs: Leading voter registration efforts in diverse communities, with a focus on reaching underrepresented and swing state populations. I have a proven track record of increasing voter registration numbers through strategic outreach and community partnerships. 3) Voter Education and Mobilization: Designing and implementing comprehensive voter education programs to inform citizens about the voting process, important deadlines, and the significance of their participation.
