Developing effective grassroots strategies that help Republican candidates to victory
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, elected officials, candidates, campaigns & other political activists/groups
Develop and organize constantly evolving plans to exceed weekly goals
Building effective neighborhood teams
Organizing volunteer activity, including but not limited to door to door contacts, phone calls & voter registration
Direct supervision of field organizers, field coordinators and volunteers

Developing a strategic plan to help increase voter turnout in targeted areas
Providing quality customer service to residents, guests and family members
Directly planning and organizing strategic grassroots events while maximizing productivity and creativity
Effectively recruiting, training and activating grassroots volunteers
Working with Congressional, statewide and local candidates.
Working on a weekly basis to exceed set goals.
Providing critical information to staffers, volunteers and stakeholders
