Anything else?

My past and present colleagues would describe me as a loyal, seasoned and versatile professional who strives to serve the highest good of individuals whether that be under the umbrella of a church, government, a 501c3, or the private sector. I am a passionate and compassionate professional who cares deeply about the humans and the causes that are important to them. I have represented and supported the work of Fortune 500 CEOs, heads of state and heads of government, pastors, and heads of institutions. While I am an excellent executer, I’ve also been described as a creative and strategic thinker, as well as a self-starter. I have experience in handling complex and challenging projects (as well as individuals!), with efficiency, ingenuity, and sensitivity. Working at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs under the leadership of a left-leaning president, board, senior management, and staff, I was one of two Republicans in the entire organization over the 6+ years that worked there. I had to learn fairly quickly how to meet folks in the middle to get my job done without having to compromise my morals, convictions or political beliefs. The same went for working with a moderate-Republican in Congress. I believe this experience will be immensely helpful in Washington, D.C. or elsewhere. On a personal level, I am a big family person. I am also quite a private person who enjoys staying out of the spotlight – and do some of my best work behind the scenes. Born to Russian immigrant parents, I’ve learned to be thankful for what the country freely offers, while also still having to be the first in my family to pave the way in places like higher education and in the workplace. If you'd like to learn more about my background from folks I've worked with in the past, I'd be happy to share a handful of references. Thank you for considering me!
