Job description

In this position, the Account Executive will work closely with Ascent team members and clients to ensure that all client needs, whether for a candidate’s campaign, PAC, or organization, are fully executed in a thorough and timely manner.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Manage daily client operations to facilitate internal communications and ensure project components, approvals, and deliverables are fully executed.

• Assist with voter contact operations including phones, digital, and mail campaigns; this involves working with large volume data projects.

• Assist partners and team members with contact outreach and follow-up.

• Provide research for clients, business development opportunities, and meetings.

• Identify events nationally and regionally for business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Professional experience working with or for political campaigns and organizations.

• Management or leadership experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Capable communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while addressing multiple needs and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Since this is a remote position, applicants must be self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and able to operate independently.

• Because of the nature of political work, applicants must be willing to assist with client needs and emergencies on weekends and after hours as needed.
