B&B 2024 Summer Internship

B&B Digital Media is seeking a Summer Intern to join our team from June to August 2024 in Chicago. As a Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various digital media projects and assist with day-to-day operations of our company. This position is ideal for a rising college sophomore or junior who is interested in politics, digital media, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

● Assist with the creation and posting of social media content and advertisements on various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

● Create graphics and manage article creation for our news partners.

● Help with business development tasks, including research, outreach, and reporting.

● Create and manage advertisements for our clients.

● Optimize existing ads using Facebook Ads Manager.

● Utilize various digital marketing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Shopify, Keynote, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and ChatGPT.

Requirements:

● Our ideal candidate is a rising college sophomore or junior in pursuit of a four-year degree. Rising seniors and college graduates are also encouraged to apply.

● Should demonstrate a strong interest in politics and digital media.

● Must have experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

● Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Must be able to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

● Bonus: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Shopify, Hootsuite, Keynote, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and ChatGPT.

Compensation and Housing:

● This is a paid position

● B&B Digital Media will cover roundtrip flights for the Summer Intern to and from Chicago.

● The company will provide housing for the Summer Intern in an apartment located in Downtown Chicago.

Schedule:

● The Summer Intern will be expected to work from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday with availability for limited work on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
