Job Title: Campaign Account Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Also open to hybrid) Company: RallyRight

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, professional Campaign Account Manager for DonateRight. As part of a dynamic team, the manager will prospect, close, and onboard new clients, build and manage donation pages, and assist with client support. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting political campaigns. Compensation includes additional upside opportunities through bonuses and sales promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting for Clients: - Identify and engage potential clients within the political campaign and advocacy space. - Work with the team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through research, outreach, and networking. - Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase our platform’s capabilities.

2. Onboarding New Clients: - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth onboarding. - Provide training and support on how to use our donation processing tools effectively. - Address any questions or requirements clients may have during the onboarding phase.

3. Building Donation Pages for Clients: - Create and customize donation pages tailored to each client’s specific needs. - Ensure donation pages are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for donation conversions. - Monitor and update donation pages as requested by clients.

4. Handling Client Requests - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their ongoing needs and requests. - Coordinate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues with the platform. - Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales, preferably within the political or nonprofit sectors.

- Experience in political campaigns and fundraising.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
