We are expanding our team and client base, seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Account Executives, Production, and Creative Staff.
• Oversee daily functions of client fundraising programs.
• Monitor and report client program profitability.
• Manage vendor relations to reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Lead digital program development and staff.
• Develop operational efficiencies across the agency.
• Manage staffing needs and special projects.
• Oversee contract renewals and RFP responses.
• Ensure timely client setup and relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven success in senior leadership within marketing or advertising.
• Extensive experience in managing client fundraising programs and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the conservative movement preferred.
