The Client Strategy Analyst on our team will help build and maintain our clients’ online programs, working closely with our Client Strategy Managers, Directors and clients to develop and execute successful online initiatives from start to finish. Our Analyst will quickly become an expert in all-things-digital and will leverage that expertise to help Convergence Media’s clients online. Our Analyst needs to be creative, adaptable, diligent, and - most importantly - a good fit with the rest of our team. Our team’s success is truly the sum of our parts. Our staff roster is composed of campaign managers, true crime experts, a former high school teacher, foodies, field operatives, Floridians, and fitness gurus. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Client Strategy team in producing online content, developing and executing overall digital strategy and assisting with client management

- Manage projects for clients

- Mock-up emails and SMS for on-time sending

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure perfect execution of client deliverables

- Design and execute online fundraising initiatives

- Mock-up website pages in coordination with political and fundraising campaigns

- Monitor and analyze ongoing advertising campaigns

- Develop detailed reports for online efforts to properly measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for strategy and improvements

- Continuously learn about new technologies and trends in the field; identify innovative solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Dedicated to detail

- Self-starter

- Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience with WordPress a plus

- Strong Excel skills a plus

- Experience designing and executing online marketing campaigns a plus
