Director of Client Fulfillment

Job description

In this position, the Director of Client Fulfillment will oversee and work closely with the Client Success team members and Account Executives to ensure that all client needs, whether for a candidate’s campaign, PAC, or organization, are fully executed in a thorough and timely manner.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintain a master list of team projects, timelines, and deliverables.

• Work with clients and staff to ensure project components, approvals, and deliverables are completed.

• Facilitate communication between staff and Ascent’s senior team.

• Manage the team’s sales endeavors and planning.

• Execute on all aspects of client fulfillment.

Requirements:

·        Professional experience working with or for political campaigns and organizations.

·        Management or leadership experience is preferred.

·        Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft platforms.

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Capable communication skills, both verbal and written.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while addressing multiple needs and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Since this is a remote position, must be self-motivated and disciplined.
