Data Director

As the Data Director for Red Sky Services, you will play a crucial role in leading data-driven strategies to inform decision-making, optimize outreach efforts, and maximize voter engagements for Greater Georgia Action, Inc. Additionally, you will lead the data operations for RallyRight’s suite of tech solutions and political clients, and liaise with the development team to relay feedback from the field and shape product enhancements. Greater Georgia Action, Inc. is a 501c(4) working to register, engage, and activate more eligible voters in communities across the Peach State. Greater Georgia engages with communities to grow the tent, advocates for conservative policies, and works to restore trust and integrity in our election process. RallyRight, LLC is a political technology startup dedicated to empowering conservative candidates at every level.

Founded by former U.S. Senator (R-GA) and Fortune 500 executive Kelly Loeffler, RallyRight offers a modern suite of cost-effective, user-friendly campaign technology tools designed to enhance fundraising and streamline voter contact to help more conservatives win up and down the ballot. These products include a gig-economy canvassing app, FieldRight, as well as DonateRight, a feature-rich payment processor with the industry’s lowest published transaction rate. Reporting to the Executive Field Director, you will collaborate with the broader team to provide data-driven insights and inform organizational strategies across efforts while contributing to the success of RallyRight by supporting the sales and development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data for organizational support, including voter, donor, and volunteer databases. Develop, execute, and oversee data prospecting, acquisition, and cleaning strategies. Design and implement diverse data collection methods including surveys, polls, and canvassing to gather relevant information. Analyze demographic, behavioral, and polling data to predict outcomes and inform organizational strategies while creating targeted voter contact plans and collaborating across departments for integrated sights and communication. Assist in the internal FieldRight client onboarding process by uploading voter files, pricing campaigns, and reporting metrics to project leads to communicate to clients.

Qualifications and Skills: Experience with a political campaign, PAC, or organization. Analytical and problem-solving skills, driven to seek new growth opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Adept with technology, particularity, Microsoft Excel and voter data platforms such as i360, L2, or DataTrust. Self-motivated, result oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
