The RPA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to serve as Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the party’s operations.
• Manage staff and coordinate election activities.
• Ensure financial stability and growth.
• Execute the strategic vision set by the State Chair and Executive Committee.
• Work to advance Republican principles and win elections.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

This position reports directly to the State Party Chair.
