Research Analyst

Public Opinion Strategies is seeking a motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to detail for its current opening for a Research Analyst. Qualified candidates for the Research Analyst position will have a strong interest in conservative politics, public policy and/or survey research. Research Analysts support partners and senior level staff in the completion of survey research projects, including charts and data tables, proof-reading and editing memos and reports, and a variety of other project-related activities.

Qualified candidates must have the following skills and/or qualifications:

• Data driven and have a strong desire to work with numbers;

• knowledge of analytical techniques;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Strong Microsoft office computer skills;

• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects; and

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, marketing, statistics, or related field is required.
