Account Management Assistant

Location: Ashburn, VA (In-Office Position)

HSP Direct is seeking a dynamic and service-minded individual to serve as an Account Management Assistant. This role is vital to our organization, offering key support to both the President and the Account Management department.

This fast-paced position requires a servant leadership approach, adaptability, excellent teamwork skills, and strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate has a passion for conservative politics and is a proactive self-starter who loves a challenge.

Success Profile:

  • Enhance Productivity: Double the President’s productivity and serve as a representative to employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders by:
    • Screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
    • Ensuring timely responses or follow-up.
    • Building strong relationships.
    • Anticipating the President’s needs.
  • Meeting & Report Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and clarity.
  • Client Planning Support: Assist the Account Management team with quarterly and yearly client planning, including projections, budgeting, and mail volume.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute quarterly networking/client events in D.C. and other events as needed.
  • Business Development Support: Demonstrate radical ownership over proposals, track client status in HSP’s Business Development pipeline, and update resources.
  • Special Projects: Assist with various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Operational & Logistical Support: Provide scheduling, travel planning, expense reporting, and preparation for client meetings and presentations.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with different teams and personalities while advocating for results.
  • Availability: Willingness to work outside normal hours for special events or client needs.
  • Mission Alignment: Understand and share in HSP’s commitment to supporting conservative clients and principles.
