Mobile Engineer

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a Mobile Engineer on behalf of a mission-driven political technology company headquartered in Washington, D.C. This is a great opportunity for a developer with React Native experience to build mobile tools that power campaigns, advocacy, and civic engagement across the country.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer who’s passionate about clean code, seamless UI/UX, and building apps that scale.

What You'll Do:

● Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native applications for iOS and Android

● Implement intuitive UI/UX features with pixel-perfect precision

● Collaborate with designers and backend engineers for seamless integration

● Ensure mobile performance, accessibility, and responsive user experience

● Debug and resolve technical issues, improving app stability and speed

● Write clean, modular, and reusable code using TypeScript

● Stay current with mobile development best practices and trends

What We're Looking For:

● 1+ years of React Native experience building mobile applications

● Proficiency in TypeScript, React Navigation, and state management tools

● Experience integrating APIs via GraphQL or REST

● Understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment, and OTA updates

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Salary & Benefits:

$80,000–$100,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonuses and full benefits (medical, 401k, and more)
