The PAC plays a pivotal role in advancing the Republican agenda by providing financial support to candidates and causes that align with our core values and principles. This role is integral to ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the PAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage corporate and individual donor fundraising programs.
- Execute investor recruitment, and foster donor communication and retention strategies.
- Organize and oversee the execution of high-dollar fundraising events featuring national elected officials.
- Utilize data analytics to identify targets for fundraising campaigns and special events.
- Craft and implement innovative corporate giving programs and major gift initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the fundraising team.
- Assist the Board in its fundraising efforts and support related activities.
Requirements:
- A solid track record in political fundraising.
- An extensive, proven network within the fundraising community.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative both independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, and databases).
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Willingness to commit to some evening and weekend work as required.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
