Key Responsibilities:
- Design research projects and generate actionable insights that help clients understand their needs, stakeholders, audiences, and goals.
- Deliver clear and compelling analysis to support client decision-making.
- Own the scripting and analysis processes, ensuring error-free deliverables before Pollster review.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and collaboration with Pollsters and Sampling teams.
- Keep platforms like Pipedrive and Jira up-to-date with accurate and timely information.
- Develop a deep understanding of client campaigns and objectives.
- Present analysis decks to clients when Pollsters are unavailable.
- Foster and grow strong client relationships, contributing to Cygnal’s continued success.
- Partner with Pollsters on business development, maintaining key relationships and identifying new leads.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Expand your expertise to manage qualitative research projects, including focus groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a political campaign management role, committee, or similar setting.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique, impactful ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas concisely.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in front of clients.
- Assist the pollster with organization and scheduling tasks, ensuring efficient coordination and timely communication.
- Mental resilience to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends or unconventional hours as needed.
- Must be located in the Arlington, VA area.
